Location : Gurgaon, India

Experience : 10+ years of relevant sales experience including management and a track record of exceeding sales

QUALIFICATION : Graduate in any stream OR MBA is preferable

SKILLS: Self Driven Target Oriented Effective management of the Territory Sales Representatives under him and ensuring that targets are met. Establishing strong working relations with distributors and retailers for Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Sales Good interpersonal skills, should be able to get along with people Preparing monthly targets for each Territory Sales Representative. Also preparing a consolidated sales target for entre State. Monitoring daily status reports including activity/ closings/ follow-up, and adherence to targets Implementing special sales activities in the regions to reduce stock Promoting company brands by establishing contacts with distributors and depots Maintaining knowledge about the company brand vis-a-vis its competitors Strong liaison with excise officials and L-1s Must have knowledge of Punjab liquor Industry and should have background of ALCOBREW industry.

Store Manager - Liquor Industry

Location : Punjab, India

Experience : 8 to 15 Years of Exp. in Liquor Industry


Skills and Experience Requirement : - Procurement of Material to meet the sales forecast. Creation of PR from planned order generated by MRP. Releasing purchase order and follow ups for deliveries Conduct research to ascertain the suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality. Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers Effective and proactive liaison with other departments (Production and Sales) as necessary forecasts and plans to meet purchase deadlines. Store Management. Keep a constant check on stock levels. GRN posting in ERP with TMS Entry. Issue the material on FIFO basis. Daily controlling on wastage. Maintain the inventory process in the store and ensure damaged and defective goods are processed in a timely, accurate manner. Booking of Debits notes. Consumption of all misc. items in monthly basis in ERP. Minimize the inventory at unit. Creation of BOM. Balance Confirmation of Vendor on Quarterly basis. Preparation of accurate and timely monthly MIS reports, with supporting analysis

Executive Quality

Location : India

Experience : 5-7 years for B.Sc. and 3-4 years for DIFAT

QUALIFICATION : B.Sc. and/or Post Graduation Diploma In Industrial Fermentation and Alcohol Technology (D.I.F.A.T.)

Job Description: Actively involved in evaluation of ENA, RS and their selection for different products of IMFL & Country Liquor. Independently looked after the analysis of Alcohol & D.M. Water. Knowledge of quality parameters and testing of packing material Ensure Quality of Blend and Preparation blends as per SOP. Ensure Quality of Dry, wet goods and finished goods. Calibration and validation of lab instrument as per schedule. Knowledge of Sensory of ENA and Blend.
